Regulatory
Food, non-food grocery and household goods - my vast regulatory experience will give you the confidence that you are launching safe and legal products.
I enjoy working with you to highlight your products' benefits and to market the products effectively through traditional and social media.
You will not be pointed in the direction of the legislation, I will apply it to your products and give easy to follow guidance on your compliance options.
Enforcement
Having worked in Trading Standards for over 20 years and as an active member of the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, I understand and remain involved with the enforcement community, including providing training and support to regulatory apprentices. I can help you to deal with challenges from ASA, Trading Standards, FSA or any other regulators. I can also help you develop an effective due diligence system and ensure your Quality Management Systems are fit for purpose.
Training & Development
I am a relaxed and experienced trainer. I can develop general or bespoke courses about everything regulatory from food labelling to product safety. Courses will be tailored to the audience, with lots of interaction, practical examples and workshops to support the learning.
Horizon Scanning
I can undertake market reviews to benchmark your products against the market place and suggest how you can grow your influence. I already provide horizon scanning on developments in the UK market to consultants based in other parts of the world.
I can also advise on upcoming changes to legislation or guidance to help keep you on the front foot and ensure that changes in requirements don’t catch you out.
